The User Access tool allows users with the appropriate security role to grant or revoke access to Assetas for multiple users at once.

Access Action*: Select whether to grant or revoke user access.
Security Role: If granting access, select the security role to apply to new users.
Dashboard Template: Optionally replace the selected users’ current dashboards with the selected template.
Send Welcome Emails: Toggle on to send welcome emails to new users.
CC Me: Toggle on to CC yourself on the welcome emails.
Search: Enter search text to filter the list of contacts. Alternatively, use the filter and sort buttons in the column headings to narrow your list. Select the contacts to grant or revoke access to.
Review: Review the changes before they are applied. 

Save the user access changes and immediately send emails, if selected.
