How do I add the Assetas app to my phone?

You can store the Assetas shortcut on your home screen for direct access to Assetas, and unlike a traditional application downloaded from an app store, it never needs to be updated. You’ll always have access to the latest version of Assetas.

Add the Assetas shortcut on iPhone or iPad

1. Open your Safari browser and navigate to the Assetas site.
2. Tap the share icon at the bottom of your screen (box with upward arrow). On a iPad, the share icon is located to the right of the address bar.
3. Select ‘Add to Home Screen’.
4. Type in a name for your new shortcut and click ‘Add’. Now the site will be displayed as a shortcut on your home screen, just like an app. When you tap the shortcut, the link will open in Safari.

Add the Assetas shortcut on an Android device

1. Open your Chrome browser and navigate to the Assetas site.
2. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in the upper right-hand corner) and tap “Add to homescreen”.
3. Type in a name for your new shortcut. The site will be displayed as a shortcut on your home screen, just like an app. When you tap the shortcut, the link will open in Chrome.
